Both dogs have been super healthy and have the most amazing personalities. The staff was super helpful and nice with both experiences getting our forever babies. “I can't say enough good things about this company and their product. I had a difficult case that needed a custom tarsal support and ordering it and the delivery were fast and easy. When I made a mistake with one of the measurements I was able to call and someone answered the phone immediately and guided me through the return process. I was able to have the product altered and shipped back to me within a week. This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I will absolutely being use them again for future rehab cases.”
“The owner was great. My fish tank had sprung a leak and instead of trying to sell me a larger tank that I didn't need or want for fish that were inherited he offered to take the fish off my hands for free so that they could go to a better home.”

“I have to tell you all that if you need a grooming service this is where you need to go. This might sound corny but the group that works here has become family. My dog Bo used to have extreme anxiety going other places now since i have been going here he’s like “ ok bye” and loves everyone there. Great professionalism, enthusiasm, and such a great group within grooming and through employees at Flemington Petsmart in general. The manager is always so nice and you can tell everyone really likes him.”
“Really wish I could give more stars cause this store absolutely deserves it! I visited this store on 12/8/23 with no intentions of even going there but my car wouldn't start after my visit to another store in the same parking lot. Since the thrift store was closing I went into tractor supply for some help and help got thanks to Danny. He tried to jump my battery for me. no fault on him but it didn't work ( ended up being the dang starter) Every one I know who could pick me up lives in either lives in Union or Middlesex county so about an hour away. But instead of waiting in my car the lovely cashier ( Lauren) Said it was ok to just wait in the store. Which I did. For the record this location is extremely clean and organized. And now I have and extensive knowledge on pretty much everything in the store lol. There was also another gentleman with Danny at the customer counter in the middle of the store who was so kind to me. I unfortunately didn't receive his name. I ended up buying a few things including snacks and just waited it out until my fiancé came. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. And the way this world today can seem like its full of chaos its so nice to know kindness and compassion still exist. Thank you everyone who helped me out that day.”

“Although I was not able to procure calming meds for my 13 yr old cat due to earthquake stresses, (April 2024) the staff was very knowledgeable to recommend other options.They only carried cbd oil to put on food, she hardly eats when stressed.Only maybe treats!”
