Tried using my debit card to make a deposit payment online. Transaction repeatedly denied due to the bank having a $1,500 daily limit on POS transactions. Upon getting my limit raised the following day, the transaction was STILL denied, only this time they deducted my funds and held them as ‘pending’ for three days, preventing me from paying via check. The bank had absolutely no issue accepting my cash deposits but heaven forbid I try to use the funds to pay my bills. I will be promptly closing this account and switching to a national bank with better tech infrastructure and customer service. I’ve had this account since high school, but it’s become abundantly clear that they cannot handle more complex banking needs.

They were very nice and efficient. I spoke to them on the phone of what I wanted to do with my mature CD. When I got to the branch they had all the paperwork ready for me all I needed to do was sign. Very easy. I appreciate their service.

Absolutely the greatest bank to work with when it comes to mortgage. People will leave negative comments because this bank does function very cautiously. Think of it as if it was your own money and you are lending it to a stranger. I trust their process and rates do vary from day of signing the contract to the day of closing depending on timing of closing materials gathered by the bank. Would definitely do business again. Thanks Andy for everything .

Held accounts with Unity for over 20 years out of the blue they closed one of My Accounts then proceeded to closing all my accounts, my sons accounts, my brothers accounts my employees accounts and then even went and closed my churches account of which i am a board member of. This bank is operating without regard to the community and have seriously violated the trust its supposed to project on every customer. I am disgusted by the way this was handled and have yet to receive any explanation as to why all this transpired.

Personally It is an aceptable what this bank did with out non- profit organization MEDES CHURCH, for many many year we had been banking with Unity Bank, How is posible they closed an account with not acceptable reasons. I consider this bank needs to take every client seriously and not with a lack of professionalism.
