“Lights on Design is a great full service light store with great prices. Glen and Paula were so helpful with their support and advice on all the fixtures I was looking at. I had a big project, and they were able to get all the lights that I wanted. Very knowledgable about different lighting options and their showroom has an unbelievable display of quality light fixtures to choose from. So nice to see a fixture in person! Thank you.”

“The salesman, Vejex, was great. Very accommodating and understood exactly what I was looking for. The selection was limited but I was looking for a specific size and color. However, a $90 delivery fee for 15 miles away seems very steep. Especially considering I am willing to wait on a back ordered item and went ahead and put 30% down (more than required ). That delivery fee essentially adds $100 to the price. The big whoop $25 coupon they keep spamming me with - really??!! Very nice store. Corporate needs to recognize the extraordinary times and be more thoughtful/considerate. Thank you.”

“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I consider this store the staple of any an amateur interior designer. The store in Yonkers has such unique pieces at such ridiculously low prices. Remember that Ikea start the car commercial? That’s me every time I leave this store. I purchased everything in this photo for less than $100. And don’t get me started on the furniture.”

“This shop is a hidden gem nestled in historic downtown Nyack NY. My family and myself were on our way to visit sleepy hollow and stopped in the Nyack area for breakfast and the breakfast and burger club. I love quaint little towns that are like a time capsule filled with unique shops that you don't see everyday. We stumbled across Hickory Dickory Dock and discovered a hidden treasure, a little charm shop with unique gifts and handmade german pieces from German steins, to nutcracker, German incense smokers and beautifully crafted Cuckoo clocks. The shop is something like out of a christmas story book and should be appreciated and preserved at all cost because once this shop is gone, there will never be another one like it. I really loved the German incense smoker a lot and had to buy one which would be my first and the start of a new collection of handmade German craft. I have since then used it and it brings me peace of mind and overall had a great experience and learned a lot from the owner. Don't be afraid to ask questions and know the history behind these beautiful pieces. From what I see, these pieces all tell a story in their own way when combined with using your imagination to picture the setting. My German incense smoker was a depiction of a man holding a fishing rod with a fish caught on the hook, the basket he held also had caught fish. He had on fishing boots, rain coat and fisherman's hat, a water bucket on his shoulder and a pipe in his mouth. When you place the incense inside, the imagination engages and I picture an old man looking out to sea on a rainy and Dreary day catching fish and enjoying a good old smoke. This is a must visit charm that will make it so easy to think about your next gift for your friend, family, or loved ones.”

Been here two or more dozen time in the past 7-9 years and always find something - even if it's not what I'm looking for at the moment, I usually walk out at least with an idea, some inspiration, or something I didn't know I needed, but now want lol. Staff is usually friendly, though of course, there are the occasional grumps and slouches.”
