They have security and three ATM machines. The establishment is clean and orderly. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their legal department does not work on the weekends. I often come into this bank location in the afternoon and see a long line and misplaced/misdirected anger from customers.First of all, the employees here are absolutely lovely, despite their branch not having adequate staff to fit this location’s needs. At lunch time, the two tellers alternate taking their (well-deserved) lunch break. It’s completely unfair that these tellers apologize profusely, provide excellent service, and have to face this situation day after day of angry customers (due to a staffing issue that is out of their control). Management needs to allow more employees to work during lunch hour because these sweet people do NOT deserve the verbal abuse they receive every day!I’d like to especially commend Nancy, the sweetest woman, who is so professional and excels with her customer service etiquette. She is always pleasant no matter how many customers are in line. She is quick and efficient and always brings a smile to my face. I hope this branch gives Nancy and the rest of the employees the help they need by hiring more staff to help out. Thank you all for working your best to serve your customers under truly unfair circumstances.”

I had nothing but embarrassment to go in and talk with someone about a payment plan on a negative account just not to lose my account that I've had for years in good standing. I was blessed to have meet their manager Johnathan, explained the situation and embarrassment. I was heard out, I was given a sincere apology for my troubles, and he had gone above and beyond to give me a solution to my problem. He also thanked me for being a valued guest. The solution not only kept my account open and helped me out in more ways than one, but Johnathan made sure I will be a returning guest for this specific location. More banks and places need willing honest trustworthy hardworking individuals like Johnathan. I hope he gets the recognition and appreciation he deserves.”

“Very good service given by the young man in the back with the braids I believe his name is lawranc. I came in with my mother to fix some information issues & also trace back checks. It took some time to get service but after seeing him help 2 or 3 customers before me I asked how long the wait was. He let me know he was the only banker available and that he would be with me shortly. I can't speak for the other rep walking around but I can see they are a busy branch and the rep took his time to fix the issue. He actually called me to follow up yesterday which reminded me of the good service we received. Parking at his branch is horrible however”

I am disabled and going to a bank on a rainy day just to deposit a check into his account wasn't something I needed to do. His bank wouldn't take the check until I came in even though he had all my ID! He went to another bank he uses and they refused as well. He went to ny Wells Fargo and he deposited without problem.
