I live in Boston. I called the bank to advise me what was needed to add someone as a beneficiary and they told me what I needed. I drove 4 hours from Boston to the Bronx with my 82 year old parents and when I got there they told me they couldn't do it. That I had to go to Puerto Rico to do it. Very bad information.
