“I was going through my bank statement and saw a large withdrawal that I couldn’t remember that I made. I called the bank, Spoke to Savitree Baksh. She made the time and immediately had me come over to review the situation. The person at Wells Fargo, who she called to resolve the problem, said he had a copy of my withdrawal slip, but we couldn’t see it. Savitree found it and we confirmed it was me. She saved my life. We This cancelled the process of submitting a claim, sending me a new card, transferring my account to a new account. The freeze was taken off and all of that was cancelled. She was so helpful, kind and patient. Thanks to Savitree!!!!”
“This is a fancy BofA location in Closter Plaza. I had been here many times over the years to use the ATMs located outside. But this was my first time walking in. They have lots of parking around, some designated for bank customers only.
The inside is very clean. The counter walls and counter tops have marble exterior. There are three advisor office sections. In the middle there’s nice comfortable waiting area. I went in to do a withdrawal. Had to wait few minutes for the person in front of me to be done, as only one counter was open. The withdrawal was an easy and smooth process. Overall I was very pleased with the quality and service of this location.”
