“Berceli did a full gut renovation of an ~1500 sq foot apt that we purchased in a coop high rise building in West New York NJ.In summary, the entire process was a wonderful experience during which Berceli created a home that far surpassed all our imaginations.They created the architecture, sourced the materials, planned the work, obtained and managed the contractors, and handled all permits and inspections. We need a whole docuseries to describe how fantastic the experience and the results were.The design was creative, exquisite, with lots of unexpected details, the materials selected were unconventional and timeless, the execution was efficient (we know we went to the unit which is upstairs from our present residence, every couple of days to check progress) and the resulting outcome was impeccable and stunning and timeless. We ended up with a Pinterest worthy apartment and good friends for life (we now consider Joseph and Priscilla friends in our heads).It was a complex design because our main goal, our main ask was to maximize the space and get as much storage as possible while creating modern yet an unexpected look. The unit is also in a coop building with lots of restrictions and the period was right after covid restrictions were lifted but during the 2022 import and shipment delay crisis.We dealt mostly with Joseph Sadfie and Pricilla through this process and they were a joy. They were very creative - our main driver for the renovation was to maximize our storage, we wanted a “home” in the home for every item. They designed the unit such that the space was maximized, no square footage was wasted, we got enormous amounts of storage but somehow they found a way to make the apartment still feel very spacious. We now have the best layout in the entire building of over 400 units. Every other renovation in the building basically had the same concept with respect to the layout but Bercelli thought outside the box and came up with a very unique layout.They were extremely responsive, great communication, constant status updates. They addressed all our questions and concerns right away. Joseph would respond to emails on the weekend. We got instant updates to the floor plan and renderings as soon as we requested any design changes and in some cases when material had to be changed, they negotiated with the vendors to ensure we didn’t incur too much cost/penalty.They were extremely prepared and had a very effective risk management plan. They anticipated obstacles and planned for them, for instance this project was done in the middle of the export crisis of ‘22, they had us select alternative materials for items they thought had high probability of experiencing shipping delays. They advised on details that may possibly violate typical building regulations. This saved time in the long run.We had absolutely zero stress through this process, our unit is in a coop building with tons of rules and we didn’t once have to worry about anything, they handled all communications with the building management.We started the process by sending them inspiration pictures and discussing our vision. Joseph came right away to meet with us in person and to take a look at the unit, we knew upon that first meeting that this would be a good partnership, he has great energy and so much subject matter expertise, that we felt confident his firm would be a great choice. We had frequent visits to their showroom during which they showed us materials, videos. They scheduled the visits at our convenience. It really felt like we were in one of those television home design shows.We want to mention one of the contractors who we met a few times when we went during working hours to check out the unit - Fredo - Fredo was tireless, every time we went up there he was hard at work and you could tell he took joy in his work.We want to thank Joseph Sadfie, Priscilla Santana & the entire Berceli organization for everything. We truly love their creation. If you want a great experience and a fantastic outcome, go with Berceli.”

When we had to make decisions while out of town, again, John came to the rescue — he showed us designs via FaceTime, and when we weren’t sure which granite to choose (all long-distance!), we trusted him to help us decide on which one worked best. He was accessible and beyond patient when we kept fretting about this or that detail. The folks behind the scenes were amazing to work with too: Tania and David at the quarry, who designed the granite slabs and backsplash to highlight the beautiful natural stone, and Slawek, whose expertise with cabinetry is above and beyond. Interestingly the two stores are not connected internally as they sometimes are at some locations when they are side by side. There is also a Marshalls on the other side of the lot making this the ultimate maxxinista shopping trifecta.”

“I came here for the first time to attend an event. The event was well organized. The staff were soo friendly, so engaging, and made the event extra fun. After the event, my fiance and I had a nice dinner here. The server was nice. He answered all our questions about the food. First time trying the meatballs. I understand the hype. After eating, to digest, my fiance and I took a walk around the store, looking at the items. There were many things on clearance so the price of many items were really good. Unfortunately when we were ready to leave, it was so hard to figure out the exit. That's the only reason for one less star. Better signage to show the exit would be good. The staff did help us find the exit. All in all, we cannot wait to go back. I'm looking forward to the next event.”

“Wow! The staff helped me find the Le Creuset Dutch oven, 7.25 (not 7.5) qt pot in a beautiful Marseille blue. The Dutch oven was delivered before promised and adored. Unfortunately, a day after ordering. China sent several alternatives, same-ish color and design, for a fraction of the original price. I chose to keep the order I had made worth William Sonoma. Again Unfortunately, I needed to replace All Clad measuring spoons and cups tag I had left at my daughter’s lake house. China has changed, switched up the way we dry measure-no half cup and ate quality is poor.”
