“Just because I left Hackensack years ago, I still let people know how kind and knowledgeable they are. I used to work the counter years in the coffee shop next door. At that time I wasn't making a lot of money. I wore sneakers and wore them out pretty quickly. After I mentioned that my feet were hurting, the owners suggested a special brand that would last. After my shift was over I went next door. I was fitted perfectly! They were SO very comfortable. I had seen some prices so I guess I looked worried. I was given a price that I could afford. After leaving that coffee shop I finished school. I still work on my feet but, not for tips. I enjoyed that job! They both tipped nicely all of the time. I hope they remember the girl with the long blonde poney tail named Trish. You really should visit this store. I know some people that went not long ago. They thanked me for recommending this store. Super hospitable as well and not pushy for any sales. “Great shoe selection! Had an amazing, informational, and helpful experience with Ramon. He gave me a scan of my feet and gave me some good suggestions on shoes to try. I ended up buying some Altra Shoes. They have a great wide toe box, which helps with my Morton's Toe Neuroma, but also have some padding so I don't aggravate it or aggravate my metatarsalgia. Also, copped some Corsex insoles, which made my heel more stuck in the shoe and gave me better arch support in the Altras. I'm also excited because I found out about some future running events that I could go to that are sponsored by the store. I really enjoyed my experience and plan to come back in the future to buy some carbon fiber shoes.”

He doesn't oversell, always handles sales personally and makes you feel heard and valued. Assembly and installation is exceptional. His team is always prompt and very polite. “I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”

“Was in the area and looking for a few products so stopped in. Place is stocked on sports. Prices are in line with sports card stores. For harder to find stuff it’s a bit more than retail but that’s expected and fair. The guy there, possibly the owner, was friendly and super helpful. I ended up with some good stuff and an overall good experience. I’ll be back. If you need anything from baseball to Pokemon they have it and like I said, fair prices. Oh lots of hockey which is not easy to find always.”
