Kendra was very welcoming, friendly , knowledgeable, and flat out helpful. Very professional and beautiful might I add ! I will be making an appointment to see her about a business account soon :) Facilities were clean and the teller behind the desk was wonderful as well!

Can’t speak more highly about this branch. Jordan solved all my issues that I was facing with other branches and even escalated the case to get matters finished. If you live in Philly and need help it’s worth the trip.

WOW! This PNC branch is terrible! They no longer have human tellers. They don't give out change anymore, even if you are a customer. I went to their next-door competitor, and they gave me change. If the other PNC branches follow this one, I will also follow out the door to another bank. Just bad business.
