“I ‘treated’ my lovely Impala to a full detailing and valeting service at Lester Glenn when she went in for servicing. I was surprised when I got home to find that they had missed under the hood, so I returned the following day whereupon they readily agreed to complete the cleaning. I was amazed at the results.

“I have been buying cars for more than 50 years. This is the first time that I purchased from Toms Ford. I have to say that they are one of the finest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. From the time that I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I was looking for a specific car and trim package. Toms Ford had one in transit (most of the local dealerships did not) and agreed to hold it for me with a $500 deposit despite the fact that I was leaving the country for 4 weeks. They called me when I was overseas and said they would hold it till I returned. While I was away, we began the paperwork, and upon my return, I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with, my salesperson Jazmin, the Sales Manager, John Luberto, and the credit manager, Aarman, was a pleasure to deal with and made the transaction smooth. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Toms Ford to all my friends.
I recently received a recall notice. I called Tom's Ford and they se me up with a mobile service. It was easy to set up the appointment for a specific time. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment, the technician called me to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and took care of the recall. He was polite and kept me informed. After he returned to Tom's Ford, I received a call telling me that they were completing the paperwork and would mail me a copy. Great do deal with.
I just did my 10,000 mile service. The appointment was easy to set up. I sent up a 7:00 AM service and waited for the car. The waiting are was clean and comfortable. There was free coffee. My car was done in less than an hour.”

“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. “One of the worst feelings is to be stranded, broken down far from home. My good fortune was to break down virtually across the road from E&G Auto Repair Shop! George, the owner / mechanic, could have easily taken advantage of my situation - but instead, was extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem with my F-150 (which I thought was a plugged fuel filter) and he found to be the gas pump control module. George was leaving for the day, but took the time to locate an auto parts store (that claimed to have the correct module in stock), and my son drove out to get it. Unfortunately, the store inventory was inaccurate, and they did not have the part. George came back around about a half hour later to see how I was doing, and I explained that the part was not available and all parts stores were closed at this time on a Saturday night. Since I was travelling with family, I did not have the option of leaving my vehicle for George to repair the next day, but he arranged to have my truck towed to my son's house (70 miles away). George could have taken advantage - but just the opposite, he went out of his way to help! I can't say enough good things about this mechanic and E&G Auto Repair! If you are in this area and in need of expert diagnosis and care for your vehicle, I highly recommend him. He is trustworthy, honest, and truly cares about his customers!
