I came for a passport service and it was very smooth, Matt and Harpreet helped me and made sure I was all set to send the application to DS. The USPS website for rescheduling appointments doesn’t work, be wary of that.”

“I live in town, they're wonderful. The post master goes above and beyondm. The post office in general misdelivered a package to Trenton and she called them every day for a few weeks, they never got back to her and I had to file a claim, but they're all amazing here. They have a book swap area, you can leave books for others or take some home, there's some good stuff there too!”

“I’m a small business owner and drop off packages at this USPS location almost every day. The desk staff here have always been kind, patient, professional, and welcoming. They are always smiling and willing to help, even during busy times, and I really appreciate their hard work.
I can’t speak about issues related to carriers or lost packages, because those are not the fault of the front desk staff. From my personal experience with the counter employees, I have absolutely no complaints. They do a great job and deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer service.

“I am a snail mail lover! I love to both send and receive letters and packages. Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly. They are serious about Covid prevention and I really appreciate that. I can't think of a single complaint. Thank you for your service!Two years later UPDATE! This remains a wonderful, helpful PO!
