The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and walked me through my different mailing options. There was no line so I was in and out quickly on my lunch break.

Rich is very nice , i honestly would rather come here than my local postal office because it’s way better customer service here !

I interact with the staff at the Cranberry postoffice regularly and have found them to be exceedingly helpful and courteous. This was not the case several years ago largely because of a single disgruntled employee that has since left. Rich and his assistant are exemplary postal workers.
