“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

Every single employee is AMAZING, I can’t even say that one is better than the other. If it’s not Jim’s patience and knowledge or Mihir’s amazing customer service, then it’s the fact that they are soo fast and so willing to help (even above their call of duty)!This morning just confirmed to me how amazing these people are! I came in with several different Amazon box returns and both Jim and Mihir were willing to jump right in and help me! When the store got busy Jim helped the other customers immediately and Mihir was double tasking!!Best UPS by far… definitely worth the extra drive to Spotswood.”

“FABULOUS service! Needed to return something to Amazon. I called the store to make sure I could use them and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. He assured me it was no problem and even answered a few questions about the shipping container and the labels. I ran over after work (maybe 5:15pm). Very organized. The UPS driver was there and loaded my box on the truck while I stood there. Couldn't have asked for better service.”
