“Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”
“First time at this location and it was fully stocked, clean the 2 staff working were helpful but the store needs more staff it was alot of customers and nobody could find a worker to help them. I shopped in this store around 4pm. Plenty of parking due to the parking lot. Over all it’s 4 stars.”

“I went to get a storage box, but there was a lot of really nice things for the house at good prices. I did pick up three items that were bathroom accessories that didn’t have prices on them… the team there however, was very very sweet and very patient. They tried their hardest to look up all of the SKUs so that I would be able to purchase the items I was there for longer than expected but honestly, they did their best and were so nice. I didn’t catch the name of the woman in the front that was ringing me out, but she was very nice to everyone that she was ringing up and it was a pleasant experience overall. As a retail district manager, I really appreciate great service and I didn’t have the highest expectations going in, but I definitely appreciated all of the employees that were there.”

They have an OK selection of product though it’s a bit more expensive compared to other stores. We usually just come here to buy kitchen and bathroom curtains. The place looks run down. “This place is okay, but the landscaping is very unkept and the exterior speaks, "We do not care about you!" Most go here for the great quantity you can get for very low prices. Sure the advertised, said store's name reads "DOLLAR TREE" when items costs more than a dollar here; false advertisement, we know. Stores do whatever they can to pull in the masses until customers truly really see and learn what they are all about. We suppose convenience and the lower prices keep customers shopping here anyway, though we do not either support or condone Dollar Tree's stance in this regard. The staff is nice here; and, despite catering to those who are otherwise disadvantaged and underprivileged, this store is a nice size. Its size is way better than other Dollar Tree stores in the affluent areas, such as Cranford, Westfield, and other locations west of Linden, New Jersey.
