“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”

“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”
“This post office makes everything easy for me. Every time I go I help by the “ African American Girl “ she is always so helpful . She’s helped me with a few issues I’ve had in the past , she’s very polite and always came through for me ! Thank you !!”

“Had a great experience today. My friend had an appointment for passport, something was wrong with her birth certificate. The clerk told her exactly how to remedy. I had also brought my passport information to try and be seen without an appointment if available. She took my information and I got my passport. But I was prepared. I had everything filled out and ready to go with all my required documents.”

I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”
“Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”

“I am amending my review below as I’ve noticed a change. And so lovely to see. . I was asked questions the other day about pricing and today a younger man was there again. He was professional, kind and helpful. A lady with longer hair was with him who I also saw the other day and she smiled. Makes all the difference. They were courteous to the customer ahead of me. Next time I go I will ask who the young gentleman is as he had a great easy going manner offering the customer ahead of me some good advice for her package.
Have had a couple of good experiences but this particular gentleman was rude and tried to charge me 20 to send one sheet of paper certified. Clerk 8 UFN 331905-0224. I had gone up to ask which envelope to use for certified. Apparently I had picked the wrong one but rather than telling me to get the right one he charged me 20 dollars. When I asked why it was so expensive he said as you picked the wrong envelope so I’ve put it through as a package. So why not tell a customer “let’s get you a new one as why pay double” So I asked to swap envelopes and then he charged me for the old one also even though he didn’t have the diligence to explain to a customer that he was about to double charge her for her error. Money is tight for me right now and I am disabled so encounters like this can really ruin your day. Hopefully I don’t have to get waited on by him again as I’ll wait in line for another. No apology for not giving me a heads up. Just very entrenched in the fact I had picked the wrong envelope. Terrible customer service.”
