Walked over with packages needing to be shipped out only to be turned away due to the system being down. It’s the third time this year alone that this has happened with no notice at the door. So unprofessional

I've gone two days in a row and lunchtime is from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. I don't know if that schedule is correct because there are many people waiting and with this cold weather it doesn't seem fair.
