“Stopped in to schedule a minor repair from a deer collision and the shop was very busy. I was asked to wait a few minutes and an advisor would come out. 5 minutes
later estimated looked at my Expedition and said they would replace the broken mounting clip right now. 20 minutes later I was on my way home and it was done for free. Great group of customer oriented professionals.

“We had an urgent issue that required use of our car when an issue with the driver’s seat door latch that popped up seemingly out of nowhere—terrible timing! We explained the situation to City Auto Body, and they came to the rescue! They made the repair while we waited, and for free as a gesture of “good luck!” It was so kind of them! The door issue is totally fixed, and it only took them about a half an hour!”

“Purchased a used truck, someone took a single tailpipe and made it a dual, well the welded places rusted through and the tailpipe came loose. Was recommended to exhausted auto and im so happy I was. Two hours later and the dual system was replaced by a new dual sysyem and my truck sounds great. Love it!!!”
