Skill level is excellent, price is moderate, and customer service feels like a one-to-one friend. All repair and cost info given upfront (no surprises). Customers say it is the best repair center, with quality and professionalism, very attentive to all car needs (A+++). Mercedes owners praise premium service at competitive price point, honest and highly recommended. The owner takes very less time in scheduling, knows what it takes to get job done. Transmission fluid service runs smooth and great. Mazda and Lexus owners report no exhaust problems after service at a fraction of dealer cost, highly recommend.
