“One of the most honest business owner that I have met. I went for the repair of my car and my car had a bigger issue and was not worth the repair that I was insisting him to do. He could have easily made his money without discouraging me to waste my money but he was being ethical snd honest about his service. Huge respect to Vishaal, the owner. Owners like him have to be respected and supported. All the very best to him...God Bless!!”

“It's a Costco thing. You're required to show a membership card when getting gas, not sure if there's a workaround, as a member I don't need to be. If you get there early in the morning, there's almost no line, during the day it can be hit or miss. After 3:00 p.m. be prepared for a wait till the rush is over.”

“OMG what a God Send. I had an emergency situation this weekend and I had to transfer a car from NY to PA. It was a family members car and I was so puzzled traveling alone with a car that limited Gas was so concerned. After seeing many SKETCH places for pit stops...its so hard to stop off when you are trying to deal with things on your own after 11 pm. This fuel stop was the best -felt safe dropping off the car to get pumped and checking up on the car and also they helped me so much. THANK YOU.”

“I needed a tire plugged quick, called, and they said come in. In and out in 10 minutes. The price was right, and I just drove to Florida on it with no issues.

Thank you??”

“Perhaps it was divine intervention that I was right near this shop when I lost my brakes! Luckily, the fourth time I pressed the brakes they worked. They are an independent full auto repair shop at a BP gas station. The mechanic, Gilbert, paused the car he was working on and came out to assess my vehicle right away. Within the half hour after having my car on the left he was able to tell me my car's issues. The full estimate came a few hours later. The price was very reasonable and the job time within 24 hours. I was waiting in their waiting room for quite a while with my cat and I belongings as I was in the process of driving home from an Airbnb that I had stayed at for a whole month. The owner, Mr. Patel, was at the desk and we talked to for quite a while. He's owned the shop for 25 years has some kind of special mechanic certification and has hand trained all of his mechanics including Gilbert. He made a personal offering a great kindness and drove me, my cat and all their stuff home to two towns over. My husband, ironically was an auto shop in Somerset getting his tire fixed and then had an important appointment after that. Mr. Patel wanted to make sure my husband would be able to have his appointment and save my sick car and myself from waiting longer. We were so moved and so appreciative of his kindness. I don't think the shop usually picks up or drives their customers home but it speaks to their high character to have made such an exception in my time of need. Gilbert explains the rationale and the needs for the repair very thoroughly over the phone when he had caught with the estimate. Rgeir fairness, immediate action, and kindness has already instilled my complete confidence and trust in them. I highly recommend the shop!”

“After our mechanic retired I was looking for someone we could trust. I’d heard of Kal from one of his employees, and the reviews spoke highly of him as well. I had something minor to repair and he was more than fair. I am thrilled to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable- both Kal and his employees- so close to home. Thank you Kal and Ryan!”

“I had occasion to go to this gas station twice In the last six months so far. Once for just a checkup on a car that I had inherited three years ago and never had anything done on since driving it. After putting it on the lift and checking it out, Boris said the car was in great shape for a 2009 Ford Focus, with 61,000 miles. Didn't need any fluids or oil change; maybe brakes in 1 or 2 thousand miles. I hardly drive it at all so it's gonna be awhile before I need brakes, I think. The second time I used the gas station was last week. We had a week or so of really freezing cold weather, in the 20s and my battery died. Boris drove me home, kept my car there overnight and put the battery in first thing in the morning and then brought my car back to me. On both these occasions, Boris and his father Tony, proved to be very nice honest people with really fair affordable prices. I truly was impressed. I took a few business cards and will be giving them out to anyone who needs an honest reliable professional experience. Thank you Boris and Tony.”

“Prices are the lowest around. The cheapest gas around my area in Monroe, NJ is $3.15. Most of the stations in Monroe are $3.29. Whenever I go to Edison, NJ to see my family, I make sure I fill the tank... I just paid $2.91. How can that be!?!?”

“It’s a regular gas station but I’m a regular because of Osvaldo. One day I was really down and I was out of gas, while waiting for the fill up, Osvaldo cheered me up with a small conversation, which is nowhere near his job description. Since then, I’m a regular. I really appreciate his friendliness and kindness.”

“This is the best service ever. All the workers are very nice and know you personally. The best part about it is that they have a store and it has everything I ever crave. I always leave my car to fill up and go inside the store to get my snacks and food too. Very recommended for a quick easy convenient stop.”

“A critter chewed my gas line and the OEM replacement took a while to arrive. Joe was honest and up front about the ETA of the part arrival and the repair timeframe. They kept my car safe inside their shop for this time period since it had to be towed in. The scope of the job was massive just to replace the fuel line system and Joe was up front about the process and labor cost. When the check engine light came on after the repair, the guys found another critter hole in the evap line and did a repair for no additional charge. All in all, the whole situation was really annoying (having to wait for the part and finding more critter damage) however Joe and Mike kept things going in a positive way and made sure the car was right again and communication was solid.
Watch those squirrels out there!”

“A good cup of coffee $2. Can't beat that. They sometimes are a bit late at opening but have a variety of snacks and a cooking grill which u am not sure if it is still open. I would call to confirm. Line is always short and fast. They sell gas for a higher rate but you pay for what you get and Exxon had pretty good gas. Owner and employees very nice. They sell blunts and vapes as well as cigarettes for decent price.”

“Cheap gas!! Usually the cheapest in the area so that's why I go here. I need to get my moneys worth of gas. Overall pretty standard gas station in New Jersey. They come pump your gas and you're on your way! Quick and affordable service!”

“Don't usually write reviews for places besides food but I felt like this place deserved to get recognition for how friendly and understanding they are. My car works a specific way and they were able to understand despite their rush hour and assisted me accordingly. My gas tank cap is severed from the tank so other stations tend to slam the gas tank door on it and ruin it. However, this place noticed it, informed me in case I didn't know and tucked it in properly and I think it's details like this that enhance a place and their quality. On top of this, they also have lower prices than the areas around there and it's so nice to be able to save money on gas and get treated well.”

“This BP tends to have the lowest-priced gas compared to the other BPs in the area (sometimes the one on the corner of Rt. 27 & Veronica Ave will have the same price, but not so often, since it's on a main road and tends to be more expensive -- though not as expensive as the one further down, in New Brunswick, on the French St. portion of Rt. 27, which is usually super expensive, almost to the point of gouging, comparatively-speaking).As mentioned in another post, the station is very well lit (so much so that you may think it's open even when it's already closed). It's a welcome change, especially when so many businesses and towns seem to be making their lights ever more dim in a misguided attempt to save money at the expense of safety (even before COVID).While this BP's Maps listing says it's open 24-hours, after COVID hit, it seems most (if not all) BPs are now open only until 10 or 11. (I think there may be one that's still open 24-hours/later than the others on Rt. 18 in East Brunswick, but that's quite a trek if you're not already in that area, plus the prices along Rt. 18 are usually more expensive.)”
