“I have taken my vehicle to John's Automotive twice now and thought it time to write a review. I generally look for three factors when taking my vehicle to an auto repair shop; 1) Honesty, 2) Knowledge, and 3) Speed of Service. John's Automotive excels in all three aspects. Sometime visiting a shop for the first time you get a little nervous not really knowing what level of service you are really going to receive. From the start I felt they sincerely wanted to help me with my vehicle issues, especially given I own a 15+ year old suv with over 320K miles. After dropping it off and explaining the problem, I got a phone call later that day as they identified the root cause and explained how to fix it. They were clear detailing what the cost would be and were quick finishing the work. This second time, given my vehicle's age, I was bracing for bad news and a costly repair. They went through it thoroughly and figured out it was a couple straightforward issues that were fixed easily and inexpensively.
