“I came in towards closing time and 70 miles from home with an unknown metal object in one tire ready to cause a flat and a nail in another tire, and the team at this location was able to assist me with replacing all 4 tires. My tires already had 70,000 miles on them. The Mavis team explained the wear and tear on my tires including needing new struts on the rear of the car. Overall, I found the folks I worked with to be helpful and straightforward. I was able to leave same day with my new tires and to get home safely.”
“A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then!
Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jumper cables were brought out in case there was an issue starting the car (as stated by the notes left behind by another technician), not because the car wouldn't start and not because they were trying to sell an extra service.”
“Amazing customer service, (Thank you Adam). Great Pricing on tires and rotations. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. I have a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE AWD. This car came factory with low profile tires that my OWN dealership sometimes does not have. I was driving down 206 and a box of nails fell from a construction vehicle, and I unfortunately ran over them, puncturing my right 2 tires. Me being angry, I called the cops and they said they couldn't do anything at this time but send me a tow. Thanks, thats so much help. I looked up nearest tire shops and saw this Mavis was about 12 minutes from where I was. I said lets try to see if they can fix this. I drove over there and I was still so angry, and I ended up speaking Adam. He was apologetic, even though it wasn't his fault, and i asked him if he had my tires. He had exactly 2. The Lord has never helped me out so much to meet a man like Adam and put me in this position to go to this Mavis that day. In and out, no longer then 35 minutes. I will never go to any dealership or tire shop ever again. I hope every time I go I see Adam.”
“Been to this location twice and the customer service is top notch! It's also easy to make appointments online. When I had my rear tires replaced before, Jonathan explained why it was recommended to get replacements since the hole in the tire was in a spot that couldn't be repaired easily. Definitely recommend the New Brunswick location.”
“Stopped in for an alignment on my 2020 ram 1500 with a 3.5 inch lift kit. They’re the only shop around with a big enough rack to do it. Quick and reasonably priced. After I got home I noticed a popping sound so I had my wife bring it back, turns out I was rubbing but they took the time to show my wife so I could shave down the piece. Highly recommend”
“It was a great experience to deal with this Gear Six Auto Parts. Mike is professional, detail oriented, ready and willing to help. He new that is dealing with customer from Poland. He answered every question I asked about parts I needed. He did sent me a lot pictures of those items. After we picked up the order we realized that there is something missing. No problem for Mike. “Once again John and the Crew took care of me in record time, what was only to be an engine oil change, tires balanced and rotation, turned out to be much more then I realized as to what I actually needed at that moment.
I arrived at 7:50 AM Tuesday morning, and within minutes the guys had my RR L405 on the lift, they showed me just had bad my tires had worn on the inside edge, also my front rotors and pads were in need of replacement in the very near future, along with two tpms sensors, so I ended up with 4 new tires, 2 sensors, front rotors (high carbon) and pads, an alignment, and the oil change, John was able to source the tires and parts within an hour, he gave me 3 choices of tires, and 2 choices for the front rotors and pads, I went with the Continental DWS tires, and the high carbon rotors, John then gave me a loaner so I could go home and pack, the Crew had my vehicle ready and waiting at 1:52 PM same day, I then proceeded on my 1200ish mile drive straight through without any issues, the new tires and brakes gave a great new ride (feeling) to the vehicle.
You can not ask for quicker quality service and professionalism then you will receive here.
