“I needed a garage while out of town. I was recommended to the Jones Boys. I called with my issue. He told me to come in ASAP. He scanned the engine. Found a communication issue. He cleared the codes and also checked my charging system. When I asked how much he said do not worry about it. I handed him $30 and told him to buy himself some lunch. Great guys”

“About half way driving down from Philly to our shore house in North Wildwood the exhaust on our ‘21 Traverse became very loud. Made it to the shore house and started searching mechanic shops that work on exhausts. Thank God I called the right one. O’briens Auto Repair. Jim couldn’t have been any nicer. Knowledgeable quality service at a fair price. Jim ordered the parts needed which had to be OEM from Chevy. The parts came quickly and Jim had my car back in 2 days. Couldn’t ask for any better. I highly recommend O’briens Auto Repair. Thanks again Jim.”

We called the nearest Cadillac dealer; spoke to Sharon and it felt like I was talking to a family member. We brought the car in, met Mason service advisor. He made sure we were taken care of immediately before we would leave for back home. Both Sharon and Mason, assets to the dealership, demonstrate Excellence of Service and core values!”

“My son’s car broke down while he was driving from Pennsylvania to the shore over Labor Day weekend. The car was unsafe to drive, so we had it towed to Whalen’s. They have been incredible from the start. As soon as they reopened after the holiday, they quickly diagnosed the problem. They have also been extremely helpful and patient as we work to have the car towed back to Pennsylvania, since the rear differential failed after being replaced by a local shop about a year ago. We truly appreciate their honesty, communication, and great customer service while we figure everything out. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would 100% trust Whalen’s to repair the car and highly recommend them!”
