“I was dealing with a couple mechanics for a long time and I’ve been thinking that they were not doing the right thing by me. And here I noticed Mercado multi services around the corner from me and I kept an eye on their business and it looked like they were very lucrative and what they were doing so I gave them a shot. Well, it was well worth it. It was the best decision I have ever made in a long time. It was just for a front end. Alignment. Well, the machine had a problem and Jimmy but get any very nice discount for waiting which he didn’t really have to do cause I understand things happen anyhow I thought that was very nice of him and decided to give that guys another chance in regards to my air-conditioning unit. Now keep in mind I have two estimates from these people that I used to deal with that I don’t feel comfortable with anymore. Within a half an hour yesterday Lucas one of the mechanics had discovered that there were two leaking valves and my compressor was not wired properly. That was at no charge. The other two facilities that I was dealing with took days and weeks and put me through hell and we’re telling me it’s gonna cost me anywhere from $900-$1100 to find out if it was the compressor or not which so far it does not look like it is my point is here is Mercado our standup people and do the right thing for the right reasons and they have my business from now on and to get my business you have to be on straight and narrow. I’m a very detailed oriented person and I care about how my vehicle in this case is treated and I am treated. Well mercado multi services has met the requirements and are the people to deal with. In my opinion. They stand up people. They’re fair people and they do the right thing for the right reasons. They are not a fly-by-night company and they will not charge you unless it is necessary to charge you and when they charge you, they’re very fair price of people! I think everybody should bring their business to these good people!”
