“Needed my oil changed, saw their sign "Express Oil Change". Pulled in and the mechanic came right over, we discussed it and made a deal. The guy did it in 10 minutes at a cost of only $30.00. Not only that, this guy was very knowledgeable about my specific car ( an old 2001 Acura ) and took some time to discuss some details of its maintenance. Has a PC app that enumerates manufacturers specified maintenance intervals, etc. As it turned out I didn't need the timing belt and water pump changed out yet ( done by previous owner and still inside of the window ) and he was totally cool with that - unlike some places I have dealt with... Give this place a chance - well worth it.”

“despite me not having an appt - Manny made certain he would do what he could to get my flat taken care of. Since I bought all my tires at another firestone, I wasn't certain they would do the right thing. In fact they did AND got me out of there in the 2 hour slot he mentioned when I came in. Also no charge. This is why I tell everyone to get their lifetime wheel alignment and services and oil changes PLUS buy all their tires from Firestone”
