Will never return to this store or give PetSmart my business again! Manager, Megan, refused to allow my 9 year old to buy a betta fish because she didn't have the recommended fish tank at home. For a betta fish!!! Absolutely ridiculous and she should feel ashamed for making a 9 year old cry over a fish. Terrible!

My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.

Went to the checkout line with many items and was told my Christie that she was going to smack me for having too many items and then made us move to take the person behind me after I had let two people go ahead of me. Normally the staff at this location is very kind so we were definitely surprised.

We went to this petsmart today to purchase a Chinese dwarf hamster and we were told they would not be selling us the hamster because we had a cage that they didn’t feel was good enough for any hamster. The cage was an exact same cage they sell at the exact same pet smart. So they’ll sell the cage to anyone but do not sell you a hamster if you purchase that same cage, which didn’t make any sense to me. I asked why would they sell the cage if they felt it wasn’t adequate for any hamster. I was then told the company does not care about the animals. This was completely ridiculous that they’ll sell someone the cage for a hamster but won’t allow you to buy a hamster for it. My daughter was very sad and we had to go to another petsmart to purchase the hamster. Will never be returning to this petsmart!
