βThis location did an excellent job. Pickup was smooth and quick. However, this was not the location that I selected when I made my reservation. I made my reservation in April for a location that was more convenient. The day before my pick up, U-Haul changed my reservation to pick up at the above location. That change caused an extra 40 minutes drive time, additional mileage and extra tolls. When I raised this to their management, they took prompt action to make the situation right. I would definitely use this location in the future.β

βNeeded a uhall truck, did the online process but found out if I just came here the price is just better and the overall just a better experience. Here the nice woman was able to explain everything and helped me with the whole process.I would only recommend coming into the store here and just dealing with them directly. It might be a little bit scary coming to a rv / odd and end store. But it's your best plan of action when needing to use a uhall truck.Don't waste your time with other places just come to the experts.β

βNeeded a trailer to pickup some large toolboxes that I had purchased. They had exactly what I needed on Friday night I set up online and Saturday morning picked up the trailer.
Staff was very friendly and the process was very quick. They hooked up the trailer and checked my lights. Drop off was also simple that night they were closed, left the trailer in the check In lane and next morning had a receipt in my email.
Now that I know that they have these trailers Iβll be renting them more often.β

βWe recently rented a trailer and encountered some issues with the lighting system. Penskeβs support team responded promptly, dispatching a technician for roadside assistance within the hour. Although the issue couldnβt be resolved on-site, we were directed to the in-house workshop, where the technicians quickly diagnosed and fixed the problemβgetting us back on the road in under an hour.

βI cannot recommend this U-Haul location enough. We just finished moving and I visited the Mt. Laurel location at least a half dozen times to purchase boxes and wrapping paper. They have a great variety of box items. I needed 3 TV boxes as well as other items including coverings for sofa and other furniture. We also ordered two 10' trucks that were very useful. The staff there is friendly and personable. What a great experience!β
βSpectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.β
βI decided I was not longer paying expensive moving fees associated with moving my vending machines. So I rented a truck with a lift gate from Penske. I was shocked at how affordable a one day rental was with the insurance. The booking was super easy. During pick-up, the staff was extremely helpful! They showed me how to operate the lift gate. They also gave me specific information about the gas. Returning it was just as easy! I even used them again for my next move and plan on continuing to use them!

βI have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldnβt be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.β
βWhen I need something fixed on one of there units they are right on it the guys are friendly and they talk to you like a person not like the Ryder by DC I'll leave that there. Thx guys for your hard workβ

I showed up late for my reservation and thankfully she stayed a few extra minutes just to make sure I was set. Great serviceβ
βI rent trucks from here a lot. They are always great and accommodating if I have special requests or needs. Everything is always on time and trucks are always nice and clean and work perfectly. They also have very new and low mileage vehicles. They even have hitch adapters when I need one for towing. Enterprise is the only place I know of that will let you rent a truck and tow your own trailer with it. The employees are always very friendly and professional. I recently was helped by Jordan. He is great at communicating exactly what the rental entails and has supplied great customer service. He is great at explaining all of my options when renting and helping me set up exactly what I need for exactly how long I need it. They are all good people and I would highly recommend renting from them. I also love how you can call them and speak to a real person who can answer questions, help you plan what you need and talk you through your options.β

βI recently rented a cargo van from this location to move a china cabinet from point A to point B. The process couldn't have been any easier. Under 10 min check out process with a major debit/credit card and off we went in a brand new van with just over 6K miles. Van was easy to drive, clean and with plenty of cargo room 9' in the back. Furniture pads, dolly's and hand trucks are also available to rent at a modest fee. I returned the van later that day. Check in was even easier. Drove right up and was met by an employee who took receipt of vehicle while logging in fuel level, mileage and quick check for damage. Whole cost was $114 which included various city/state rental fees, mileage, insurance and $15 for refuel. I drove a total of 82 miles. I was packaged at a base rate of $89.99 which included 100 miles. This was a way cheaper option than the advertised $19.95 a day which doesn't mention $.99 a mile. Get the insurance for $10 which makes you only responsible for a $150 deductible should the need arise as opposed to the $500 deductible that comes along with my auto insurance. Overall, I have to give this a 5 star experience!!!β
βThis was an excellent experience, not like the Roosevelt Blvd location. PJ was great, service was quick, and equipment in very good shape and ready in a few minutes. This is definitely my new UHaul favorite location.β
