“The customer service at this location in particular is always excellent but I’d like to point out the way these people are trained for banks especially at TD isn’t helpful, it’s just setup to scam you into going with what checking account they want you to go with, not the one you’re happy with and I hate that and I get it’s not the front desk reps fault, it’s how their trained but it’s incredibly unhelpful being practically being conned into going with the style checking account they’d prefer you to go with.”

I went with multiple things to do the same day and she helped me with all of my problems and questions without any rush. She is very thorough and also reached out to me few days after if everything was well on my side. You wont get anyone like her. 10 out of 10 from me.”
