No matter what your bank account looks like, he creates a genuine relationship with his clients, and if needed, "fights" for you without judgement. He breaks down things that are easy to understand, is professional, and relatable. This is definitely one of the better branches in the area; so, I recommend coming here for all your needs. Ultimately, the "con" for Chase Bank is their over-the-phone customer service and malfunctions in the app. Customer service (phone) was ultimately why I decided to take my business elsewhere after over a decade of banking with Chase.”
