Great place to work and to train, I trained there everyday no waiting in line to use equipment the gym is always kept clean and very organized all the trainers are experienced James is very knowledgeable best in the business

About The Gym Connection
We are a Personal Training boutique gym. We are open 7 days week most days starting at 6am till 9pm. We give you the ease of making appointments on the app, on your desktop or in person. You can also choose to have reoccurring appointments. We work with young children to seniors. Specializing in general fitness, weight loss, fat loss, balance,stability and agility. services also Include injury rehabilitation, maintenance during cancer treatment, pre-surgery strengthening and post. We are also very adept at working with children and teens. We have great success with both the athletic and non-athletic kids. When age or medical conditions dictate we will come to you (price vary for in home services). Our goal is to improve your life.
