“Took my first class with Avery this morning.I Highly recommend taking her class. She is the newest addition to an already awesome coaching team. She knows the format of the day, is engaging, hits the timing spot on and gives good tips throughout. I don't know about her Playlist as I was rowing for my life for 14 min to fend off the shark that was chasing me! lol.
FYI OTF has a great program and good equipment but the coaches make it a community . they are the reason otf is successful. otherwise it's just a gym with people standing around not achieving their goals”

“I was fortunate to spend a few months at the Gym Connection and work with James and Isaac. I had a shoulder injury that was preventing me from exercising despite going to PT. I was in pain that was limiting daily tasks.. even putting on a jacket/basic housework etc was incredibly painful. I needed to exercise and start doing some strength training and I was afraid it would cause further injury. “I started going to SA using the 6 week trial. I was worried I would not be able to keep up as I never lifted weights before. I loved the options the coaches offer to ensure everyone can complete the routines based on their ability. Accountability is kept by posting results on the board; Professional but not overly competitive. Other attendants are friendly and the overall environment is very friendly and supportive. I find this gym to be a lot more pleasant and effective than other very large gyms I went to before. You actually get coached!!”
