Avoid M&T Banks entirely. See my review for M&T in Fayetteville, NY. Their business practices are not ethical.

Small branch, very friendly and great service. Needed a notary public, they were the smallest bank in the area BUT they had one and they didn't charge a fee!! All others around were not able to help.
