BJ's Wholesale Club is a well-stocked store with a clean environment and friendly, helpful staff. Many customers have shopped there for years, finding ample selection and good deals on household items. The store is very accessible, and shopping early in the day is recommended for a less crowded experience. The attached gas station offers great fuel prices. The vision center receives high praise for its wonderful service, with staff described as very kind, attentive, patient, and clear in their explanations. Management and team members are also noted for being super helpful and going above and beyond to resolve issues, such as with returns. The store's app is useful for locating items in aisles. BJ's offers designated shopping hours for members aged 60+ and for first responders. While some specific products may be missed, it is considered the best option in the area for many.
Not everyone here is friendly. which is really annoying when I’m not the type person to not be friendly to, plus the deli guy is the worst I’ve ever seen in my 42 years on this earth. I couldn’t even get a whole slice of meat out of this just pieces.

Great customer service. Asked for a type of ice cream that is not in the freezer and they got it for me right away from the back!

Thomas from the Road show was excellent! He was courteous and put ice in my package to keep it cool. Will recommend!
