blue haired woman with the big blue eyebrows was extremely naive and had no control of her attitude and said some extreme horrible things to my friend. including threats against his life. this woman should not be allowed around little girls . i was truly repulsed by her face and disgusting atttidude.

The experience i had at this store was so bad and made me so uncomfortable this crazy blue haired woman tried hitting on me, then stared screaming racial slurs at me and kicked me out of the store. This woman need psychological help.

Wish I could give a better rating, the one member of staff was very helpful and welcoming. However the second got noticeably annoyed by a simple question about the ongoing sale.The quality of the items isn't to die for, however if you want decent jewelry for a more than fair price I do recommend.I understand working in retail can be stressful and annoying, but don't take it out on your customers, especially ones that are nice.

I Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and they took such great care to make sure they did everything correctly sanitized and cleaned after each person I appreciate you so much , I was very pleased with her asking me if everything was how I wanted every step of the way also loved her professional but hip friendly fresh vibe , only remembered she loved hello kitty, my mother other children one of their friends and my niece also decided to get their ears pierced as well (another beautiful lady helped them she was so gentle)since it was such a great experience thanks so much ladies at the Deptford Mall Claire's

My children and I went into this store and we are torn with how to grade this experience because of how we left feeling. I want to be very clear that the attendant who seemed like the store manager was helpful.However, I felt like we were given extra attention not because I was there to shop but that my children and I could be potential bad actors. It felt terrible and I was sad on my inside especially when my 14 year old said mom I feel terrible going into my bad in a store because of who I am not. It was never said but the behaviors and where these women were positioned , how they were looking at us made me feel very uncomfortable.There is a delicate balance of giving great service and deterring bad actors from your store. If one lead with the intention of truly being helpful and caring for all people regardless of who they are, this genuine care will drive away bad actors and leave other good shoppers feeling welcomed and appreciated for choosing your store versus another brand!Good luck with creating that beautiful balance. I know it can be done. My children loves your brand and yes the concept is beyond amazing!

Mostly overpriced costume jewelry and accessories for young girls. I remember loving this place as a child so I don't mind bringing my girls here and splurging on some sparkly things once in a while. They love it too and always leave with a new treasure.
