Walked in, staff were busy talking about other things, deep in conversation (sounded like gossip/trash talk of other people that work there) never acknowledged me once even when i went by the counter they were talking at, i could have walked out with half the store and the would have never noticed.

Store manager, Elijah, is a punk, tried to scam me by trying to pocket 40 dollars for himself from a promo store front poster (after being taken down it’s either sent back or trashed so they usually give them away for free). After calling him out on it he proceeds to threaten me on leaving the store as he knows where I works and has my phone number, saying “I’ll find you in (store location)”. Very unprofessional store manager, very aggressive, very lame.

I bought $10 worth of merchandise and was offered a “free membership “. My understanding was it was a rewards program. I was charged a fee a month later and had to research what it was. Dishonest and shady of this store to mislead people. I understand this is a common problem and will not be shopping here ever again .

If i could rate lower I would. Employees signed me up for their subscription based store rewards program without informing me that it was a subscription service. Luckily it was on a card i don’t have any funds on and saw the declined notification on my apple wallet.
Whether this is the fault of a manager pushing their employees to get more card sign ups or employees not caring enough to tell people they will be charged for something, this is very shady. Won’t be going back here.

DONT COME HERE LOOKING FOR MUSIC! The record selection is tiny but okay. Just okay. They have absolutely next to nothing in terms of CDs. Like, I don't even think k they had 2 dozen CDs. All unorganized and just a bunch of random artists that I've never heard of or citchy. The rest of the store is overpriced toys and random items. I'm very disappointed, honestly. Smh

I’ve literally never made negative review for anywhere in my entire life but I feel like I had to. If I could put a review with no stars I would. Every single time I’ve ever been in this store it is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever shopped. There was a time they were BLASTING music and scream singing ignoring everyone in the store, no one greets you and yesterday a girl was sitting on the counter on her phone facing the wall and the other gentleman was sitting on the floor on his switch. If this is how you conduct business, you might as well just close the store. Because it’s not like anyone acknowledges your existence anyway. And your pricing is outlandish anyway.

Went to buy Xmas gifts for a friend with my girlfriend. Guy at the counter started making gross comments about how “there’s no way you’re a large” to her. Awkward miserable staff doesn’t have an ounce of respect and acted visibly annoyed that they had to work, we definitely won’t be returning. What an embarrassing store.

I LOVE HOW ORGANIZED THIS STORE IS, ITS SO CLEAN, THE STORE MANAGER WAS SUCH A NICE HELPFUL YOUNG MAN, THE STORE IS SOO MUCH BETTER THEN BEFORE, I HOPE THAT IT STAYS THIS WAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK STAFF OF FYE!

I recently stopped into fye with my daughter to browse some of the records. My daughter was signed up for a ( Vip & Magazine ) we weren’t told about the fees for the ( Magazine program ) until my friend brad told me he was scammed by the ( Magazine subscription ) months ago. This is highly unprofessional and very disturbing. Now I have to unsubscribe from everything which is a pain to get In contact with customer service. I highly do not recommend signing up unless you are told all the proper details regarding the programs they provide.The employee was kinda short, dark hair, and a little chubby.Disclaimer: I’m not shaming anyone I myself am a proud chubby women.Disclaimer: I feel very disappointed in this generation of youths.
