“Harry’s Plumbing to the RESCUE! In a frantic on the night of July 2, guest in my home and no hot water. OMG! I Called the local gas company. The only appointment was July 3 8pm- 11pm.,Whaaaaat! I Called my Home Warranty Company, Water heater company since the product warranty is good until 2025, and local plumbing companies. If I would have made a claim or had a licensed plumber come out it would have been $100 out the gate., pay for replacement part and wait for it to arrive. Then, depending on the actual service pay $250 an hour minimum. Sheeeeeesh, so with July 4th approaching, I would not have hot water until Friday if i’m lucky. So what did I do? I watched a few you-tube clips. Called Harry’s Plumbing. Rushed across town before he closed at 12 noon. I cannot thank that gentleman enough for saving the day. The part worked. Talk about excitement when that burner ignited. I will keep my 8-11pm appointment nonetheless and enjoy my 4th of July luxuriating in a hot bubble bath. (Smiles) and a huge Thank you!”

His sister Erika seamlessly and efficiently handled the billing and all the exhaustive paperwork and insurance documents required by our condo association with ease, grace and in a very timely manner.This is the first time I have dealt with a stone island countertop with a mitered waterfall edge. I didn't understand all that is involved in designing and fabricating it so that it is aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound and properly supported. There was also the matter of trying to keep the same lines and design sensibility of the existing modern German kitchen which Danny immediately understood and mastered.On top of that I was working entirely remotely from Long Island, NY and every single thing had to be explained in great detail over the phone and backed up with precise hand-drawn diagrams. I even added a backsplash and countertop surrounding the sink to the project at the last minute and it didn’t cause a delay or problem at all.The margin for error, misunderstanding and disappointment was enormous – but the lines of communication were always open and very clear, and we left no stone unturned (lol) in our many conversations. Danny went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything 100% and that I would be absolutely satisfied with the end result, and he devised wonderful alternative options when some structural obstacles got in the way.Angelo’s onsite template measuring and installation team were so friendly and worked so expeditiously and precisely that when the job was complete there wasn’t a sign that they had been there (the kitchen was neat and clean as whistle) other than how superb everything looked.Needless to say I am thrilled that Angelo’s exceeded my expectations, and I just cannot recommend them enough. Run, don’t walk, to Angelo’s, they are the absolute best!”

“This is the second time I have used this guys in the past 10 years. After my move recently I needed 2 kitchen countertops installed. One with Granite and one with Quartz. They sent us samples on text of what we were looking for but instead we went to the warehouse on Richmond St. We picked out the ones we wanted and told the guy there. They sent out 2 guys that quickly made light wood templates of the exact size we were going to need. Within 1 week of measuring they sent a team of 3 guys that installed both kitchen countertops in about 4 hours. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. You can barely see the seam in our kitchen. They sanded, cleaned and leveled everything very quickly. Very happy with the experience and price.”

Excellent Experience, will shop here again, and will recommend to others.I ordered a cookware set for the Tugboat I work on. The order was placed online, and I found out it was back ordered a few days later. I was using a corporate card, and only had the cookware budget for the month of February. The cc doesn't get charged until the item ships. The item was scheduled to ship on March 14. One call to customer service, they located the inventory to fill my order at the Cherry Hill, Nj store. They called the store for me, and had them gather all of the items to the front counter.Again, I'm on a tugboat. No transportation, we have to hire a car service to go pick up the set.We walk in the store, our order was sitting there waiting for us, we paid, cancelled the online order, and off I went. We got back to the boat and found one of the lids for the stock pot had a large dent in it.I called the store hoping I could send pictures and they'd ship us a new one. NOPE! The store associate Gerald asked where we were. I said on a boat on the river... He said, No. Where are you at? I'm bringing you a new one.I dropped him a pin. 30 minutes later. He shows up with a new pot lid, and we gave him the damaged one, and off he went.There is no way possible WS asked him to do this. To drive his personal vehicle to swap out a damaged item.. Where does that happen in this day and age? It doesn't. I was floored.I can't say enough good things about this entire experience with WS. From customer service, to clear prompt notifications about the status of my order, to the call center helping put this together, and Gerald personally volunteering to deliver 1 lid about 30 minutes away, into another state, and across a river.... Never in my life have I experienced this level of customer service.Thank you from our entire crew for helping make our boat a little bit nicer place.”
