Open with COVID precautions. Plastic and cardboard barrels available starting at $35. There's now a transaction fee of 8% when using debit or credit cards. The Caribbean is the primary area serviced by this company. Phone top-ups can be sent to the Digicel network (and to Cuba-tel i think).
