“This is a small auditorium perfect for the show that we were there for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The auditorium needs updates. The carpets are old and dirty. The ceiling had holes in it. The space between seating rows is very tight.”
“My daughter got married on Friday at Arts ballroom. It was beautiful. stress free, very organized and fun. There was a lot of food and it was delicious. Venue itself is very beautiful. Special thanks to the staff that made it happen. They were amazing. Celia, was our assigned wedding planner. She was very good, helpful and simply a great person with an amazing personality. “I held my girlfriend’s 30th birthday party at choppers cause we knew we wanted to do a fun activity with family and friends. I spoke with Dom a month in advance to let him know my plans to invite around 40 people and bring food and drinks. He was really helpful and accommodating while answering my million questions. The venue is large and the staff reserved a spot towards the back, away from all the other guests. Having our own dedicated refrigerators For drinks and a birthday cake was a convenience that I didn’t know I needed.The coaches themselves were friendly and knew how to wrangle in the crowd of (partially drunk) people. All in all, I would definitely come back and host any type of event here in the future!”
“This review is long overdue, but we literally can't stop talking about how much we loved our June 2025 wedding at Scotland Run!! We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. The coordinators, the grounds, the service, and oh my goodness- the FOOD!!! Our guests continue to talk about how it was the best food they've ever experienced at a wedding. Working with Scotland Run was easy and enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect (huge compliment coming from a very Type-A bride). We are so grateful and HIGHLY recommend the experience of a wedding at Scotland Run!!”

“Built. Carpenter's Hall and the guild that built it were instrumental in building the United States of America. Serving as a place for Congress to meet and also a place to foster and support industry through the building trade. Free to enter and right next to Independence Hall it's convenient and important all day long. I think my favorite thing was it was right across the street from my hotel.”

“Celebrated my daughter's quinceanera at Collingswood Grand Ballroom in October. What an amazing experience it was! Paula was incredible to work with, made the day feel relaxed and jumped in to help without hesitation. She felt like family! Her team was also pleasant and great to work with.
One thing that really stood out to me and said a lot about Paula and her team - my decorator was not the nicest to them, unfortunately, but at the end of the night, I found Paula and her team folding the decorator's decorative napkins, placing it in a bin ready for pick up. They could've very easily left it all out for the decorator to pack on her own, instead, they took the high road and jumped in to help before the decorator even arrived back on site to pack up her own items. This left a lasting impression and says a lot about the character of the team at Collingswood Grand Ballroom.
I'd recommend Collingswood Grand Ballroom and Paula to everyone!”
“My wife and I had a great time in our cocktail class. George kept us entertained and was very knowledgeable. We made 3 different cocktails (margaritas, mojitos, espresso martinis). All our cocktails turned out great. Would highly recommend!”
“Large screen, large viewing area, clean, clean restrooms, everything was perfect except for one thing. There was only one concession stand open and I had four people with me and had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. Still, I did not purchase any food because I couldn't wait any longer. I spent most of my time in line and missed the movie that I paid to see. Other than that it would have been a five star.”

We decided to have a Celebration of Life and in our search for a venue we came across Embellish Events. From start to finish the communication, empathy, compassion, multiple efforts to accommodate each and every one of our requests was nothing short of amazing! The entire staff was amazing! “Little did I know the US Squash Headquarters is in Drexels Campus. It's a very nice facility that I suggest checking out. They have a ton of courts, gears, and rentals. The bathroom facility is good/clean. Very good price point for monthly or single memberships as well.”

“My granddaughter's sweet 16 was held here. OMG, this place is really beautiful when everything is set up, and it is bigger than it seems. The only downfall is that you can not cook in the kitchen. Of course, some people just had to ruin it for everybody else. But otherwise this is a beautiful place with a great atmosphere to really enjoy yourself! “Beer Fest Activities @ 23rd St Armory!There were about 20+ breweries participating! I had a VIP Early Access Ticket…it was great to get started with the sampling before it became crowded!I focused on breweries that I haven’t had previous tastes…sadly this is when I realized I have a ‘beer problem’..there may have been 2-3 only that I NEVER had and once I sampled them…I wish I hadn’t…Haahaa! My philosophy about breweries today is: If you brew beer - it doesn’t = good beer!It was a good time overall!”

“We went there for a wedding, so we were limited to the choices of our host. The grounds were nice and the food at the cocktail hour was amazing. We are vegetarian, so we were provided with eggplant parm instead of the buffet. The Eggplant was just OK as were the desserts.”
