The store layout is very clean, organized, and spacious, making it incredibly easy and safe to walk around and browse the different styles. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful, giving me great recommendations on fit and comfort while fetching sizes in no time. My wife loved checking out the cool clothing and accessories while I picked out my footwear. It was a completely stress free shopping trip with top notch service, I highly recommend this location if you need a fresh pair of kicks.”
“I shopoed here recently, and had the best experience. A girl that was working on the floor helped me with dresses for my daughter, I wish I had gotten her name. Then at check out, I was so pleased with the cashier, his name was Jack. He was so kind and patient, I picked a few things I decided to put back, and he was just the most helpful person. Shout out to Jack, and the nice girl working the floor! Love this Old Navy!”

“Good reasonable prices and a variety of items you can purchase. Any returns you might have are easy exchange for their correct sizes or or any other items that you decided to change your mind and not use and you can bring them back. They are professional polite and courteous.”

She has no idea what she's talking about but her ego is so massive, she can't admit she's wrong... She also told the other cashier Not to help me either... Disgustingly bad customer service. “I m impressed with the knowledge of Macys employees. I was struggling to pick a suitable handbag. Macys employee Tuba (not sure if I got her name right) helped me with so much patience. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about bags specially handbags. She is first one who ever helped me during purchase a quality bag without spending hours in the store.”
