“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”

“Best Gymboree in the area!! The manager is super helpful. You can call and she will set things aside for pick up the same day and she will sit with you and help you pick things out and help match outfits. Seriously # 1 customer service! I hate this mall but will travel to this Gymboree because of the help.”

Today the store was empty, the employee who helped me with my online order and store purchase was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. “Went last week with all 3 of my kids hoping to pick up Halloween costumes. They had a huge selection of varied sizes and in great condition. Ended up getting shoes, hoodies and some pants with 15% off on Tuesday. Staff were super friendly and helpful and bathroom in the store on site was a lifesaver for my youngest. I have been to both this location and Maple Shade. This store seemed to have a larger selection of shoes and costumes than Maple Shade location. Will definitely come here again.With regard to buying, I sold 30 items for $43. Every bit helps. I don’t have time to post and sell on online places like FB marketplace, eBay etc. I appreciate their explanation in what they buy and time in sorting through the items I brought.”
