Asked one of the employees if they have a notary. You need to ask a manager. Tried calling them twice and of course no one answered. But oh you need an appt. How do you make an appt if no one answers the phone? Pathetic customer service. Will definitely be considering moving to a different bank with better customer service.

the worst branch of this bank. Employees cannot give good information. Those ladies who have customer service don't help at all. For that reason and others I found it necessary to close my account.

Needed to make a single wire transfer and was told I needed an appointment and booked for a month out. They only have one teller working.
