The ATM at this branch is garage, it needs to be replace asap, cannot make deposits ever. I Will give 5 stars because Ana is very profesional, always resolves my issues, explains the whole process fast and seamless.

Absolutely love this bank! All of the tellers are fantastic, efficient, friendly, and make a point to remember you. This is the best Valley branch I have been to and they are both professional and amazing at what they do. Highly recommend!

Always happy to use this Branch for excellent banking experience. Jessica and Maggie are the best! The Succasunna Branch on Route 10 needs training lessons on how to treat customers.
