Convenience Stores in Dumont, NJ

“This is the 7-11 in my town. I have visited this store quite a few times over past 8 years. The store is decent size with good inventory and variety of snacks, candies, drinks and some to go food items like burritos, and pizza slices. It is kept clean and tidy. It shows signs of aging. Maybe a small renovation due soon.

I always see the store offering some sort of flash deals. In our most recent visit, we got some $4 candy packs for $2 each. I also get points for using my 7-11 app and rewards account.

The associates are friendly and helpful here. I always had pleasant interactions with them. I believe this store closes after midnight. I have seen the lights being off when I drove by after midnight hours.”

“5 stars for great customer service from Shadman while visiting my son in Dumont Jersey for last minute shopping one of my purchases was a shampoo and conditioner for my grandson the price stated buy one get one 50% off when the cashier Brody rang up my items the price wasn’t ringing up the sale price I proceeded to tell him and he said well it’s not ringing up on sale I asked my son to go and take a picture of the sale item price Brody said let me check as if he didn’t believe me, we all walked to the item and he saw the sale price the entire shelf had the same sale price stickers on several items now that I proved to him that it is indeed in sale he then stated I can’t give it to you for this price because this sale ended and someone forgot to remove all these sale price stickers I asked for a manager he then caught and attitude and stated again I can’t do it , I requested a manager again and he finally went and asked Shadman who was extremely kind and apologized for any inconvenience I will honor the sale price since it’s not your fault that the stickers on the entire shelf is still there and Brody was not happy that I received the sale price he kept Telling Shadman what the price would be if he gives me the sale price and trying to persuade him to not give me the sale price , thanks to Shadman for exceptional customer service… As for Brody I felt he was rude and unprofessional. 5 stars for Shadman zero star for Brody”
