“Andy is the best. Have been coming to him for years for all of my tech needs. Above all else, he breathes integrity and knowledge. I came to him today with my simple problem of what I believed to be a broken charging cable. The other store I went to on a fly as it was closest to me tried to upsell me on fixing what they said were broken charging ports. They tried to scam me and told me the ports weren’t putting out any power after plugging it into their cable in the back room. Andy has a great setup with a back room you can see into and immediately confirmed my suspicion that it was indeed my broken charging cable. He sold me a new one at a great price. Andy is the best at what he does in not only tech problems but customer service as well. Highly recommend him for any and every tech problems you come across!!”

“Theo is the BEST! He's like a mad scientist. I searched everywhere for some place that could fix my speedometer which was blanked out. I found him on an online forum. He took my 1990 Cadillac Brougham Speedometer cluster panel and refurbished it to to the original factory specifications. He even added a new wire for the gear shifter to show the position of the transmission, which wasn't working prior to him repairing my cluster panel. When I went to his Shop, I was amazed at how many speedometers he had piled all over the place, tons of them so you know he really is about this work. He showed me my cluster panel connected to his simulator on his desk which showed all the functions working as they should. I asked him about my radio which wasn't working and he mentioned he can fix it as well. I returned on a future date and he repaired the factory amp of my cadi as well. He's amazing, fair and a really nice guy. Reminds me of "Doc Brown" from Back to the Future. Nevertheless, he's AMAZING at what he does!”

“Professional and timely service. Technician diagnosed the problem with the microwave quickly. The part ordered for the fix turned out to be the wrong one, but this was quickly remedied and the microwave is now fully functional. I would definitely use Advance Appliance again.”

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”
“I just had to write a review about the exceptional service at Kobe's world! Brought in my switch controllers because one of them started to give out on me and buttons were not working. They fixed it within a day and then another issue came up with one of the back buttons.
I brought it back to them and they fixed it right on the spot with no issues! I really appreciate Kobe's world, been going to them for years. Very decent prices as well! I hope they continue to stay in business forever ♥️✨”

“Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!”

“Cleaned my laptop screen with a cleaning liquid only to find out it ruined my screen. Had to get it replaced. Pat and the other workers were super sweet and informative. They did their best to try to salvage my screen to save me money, but in the end it was too much damage. Now my laptop looks brand new and works great!
