The staff at the UPS Store were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They answered my questions clearly and helped make sure my package was properly labeled and secured. I appreciated how organized and clean the location was—it made the process feel stress-free.
The tracking system was also very reliable. I received regular updates via email and text, and it gave me peace of mind to know exactly where my package was at each stage. The estimated delivery window was accurate, and the package even arrived a little earlier than expected.
Most importantly, the package arrived in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever. That showed me that UPS takes care during handling and transport.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received. It was a great combination of speed, care, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using UPS again in the future, and I feel confident recommending their services to others.”

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“I have had a PO Box at this location for almost a year now. I also receive a lot of packages here as well. The owners and staff are simply amazing. I receive almost instant notifications from this store when packages are delivered. When I walk into the store I receive an amazing greeting and I am told my packages are ready without even giving my name, they just recognize me and retrieve my packages. Shipping new or dropping off return packages are so simple here. Their business hours are also very customer friendly. Just a great friendly atmosphere here and without a doubt the best UPS store in Bergen County.”

I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! “When I recently visited the post office to send some goodies off for the holidays, Janell went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated international shipment and even helped recommend the cheapest route possible. This location gets a lot of traffic so sometimes even when you get there right when they open so expect to take a least 30 mins to an hour. The staff here is really helpful and they aren't like other establishments where the staff looks super unhappy to be there.”
