My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

There wasn’t someone available but the person speaking to me was kind enough to let me know where else I could find a notary whether walking or driving. “I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!”

“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

I hope me gets recognized for the AMAZING job he's doing for UPS!!! There also was another rep who was great who gave Dario my message & questions too. I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! “I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”

I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.”
