“Today was my daughter's last day of school and in a ditch effort to purchase a gift for my her teacher i found myself unable to complete an important purchase because of an issues with ATM card. After several failed attempts to resolve the issues on my own I franticly called the Scotch Plains Location and had the pleasant experience of speaking with the Branch Manager Karina who took her time and a worked diligently with me to resolve the issues. “couldn’t be happier with the service I received at the Columbia Bank in Raritan Center recently. We usually bank at the Middletown branch, but we stopped into Raritan Center because it was on our way to the airport. The staff—Sean, Joyce, and Lily—were very friendly and went out of their way to help with my transaction. The personalized attention I always receive at either branch makes me feel valued as a customer. They spoke to us about their insurance and home equity products. Unfortunately, I could not speak at length since I had a flight to catch! But I will make sure to call them as soon as I return! “We call it the "Lollipop Bank', having done our banking at this friendly local banking for almost 40 years. We had a safe deposit box for many years and they notarize the few items we need motorized.Parking is always available and the ATM convenient. We have used the online app for years too.”
