“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. “I went to visit this location around November with my mother. We went to the bank so my mother could withdraw from her account and get a cashier's check so we could close on our home in Georgia. I had a wonderful experience on that day after meeting Zaire, who is the person banker at this location. Zaire helped us tremendously and was so kind and easy to chat with. Zaire didn't waste any time and helped us out as soon as we walked through the doors. We were able to sit down and chat about the home we were excited about, and we never felt rushed while we were there. We were going to close our Unity account down but looks like we will still keep the account thanks to Zaire. Zaire is filled with so much light and such a beautiful soul. Very rare to come across someone who you can connect with and have a great conversation with now of days. Happy to say we have closed on the home and definitely enjoying the home and the area! I live in Berkeley Heights so it's the closest branch to me but I actually look forward to coming here! Today, Penny took care of me in the lobby. She answered all of my questions and was ABSOLUTELY sweet, professional and super courteous!! (I would mention all of the employees if I knew all of their names! ?) Plus, they're open until 5pm during the week where other banks that I've dealt with closed at 4 or 4:30pm. They're also open on Saturdays, I think until noon.
So, DEFINITELY a great Capital One branch with top notch employees that take care of all of your banking needs but also make it a VERY pleasant experience. And, of course, you can view your account, do most transfers, and more on the app.”

“I love the service, they are very kind, poor things, the people who work to give us good service have to come across disrespectful and angry people who believe that just because they are bank customers, they can treat the staff however they want. I looked at a case the other day that It was a very arrogant lady talking ugly to a worker. Honestly, I have no complaints. They are kind and respectful.
