“Quinn for the Win!! I went into Best Buy today- completely unfamiliar with laptops and cell phones. Quinn McAuliffe saw me struggling and approached me with a smile. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me- listening to my needs and wants, showing me what options would work and explained everything in clearly and in way that someone with no knowledge of computers, could understand. He exuded warmth and confidence, you could tell right away. He was competent and truly cares. It is only because of him, his care, excellent customer service and knowledge that I made up my mind to purchase a phone and a laptop through Best Buy.”

“I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the salespeople and delivery and installation staff. Last week I purchased a window air conditioning unit which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I was called this morning asking if it could be delivered today—and Juan came at the scheduled time, replaced the old unit with the new one and took the old one away—just in time for the heat wave! “Easy, supportive purchase of new fridge. Delivery was on time and painless. Mike and Bernard maneuvered a large fridge in a small home beautifully. Very happy. I bought the extended warrantee which I don't normally do, but my 15mth old Whirlpool fridge purchased elsewhere, died. The warranty was very reasonable and covers 5 years.”

He walked me over to the key station, made the keys for me and even walked over to self check out to help me there too. There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.”

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the item I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me in finding the right size tarp for my needs. The tarp itself was of good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to Home Depot and would recommend it to others in need of home improvement supplies.”
