“Quinn for the Win!! I went into Best Buy today- completely unfamiliar with laptops and cell phones. Quinn McAuliffe saw me struggling and approached me with a smile. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me- listening to my needs and wants, showing me what options would work and explained everything in clearly and in way that someone with no knowledge of computers, could understand. He exuded warmth and confidence, you could tell right away. He was competent and truly cares. It is only because of him, his care, excellent customer service and knowledge that I made up my mind to purchase a phone and a laptop through Best Buy.”

“I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the salespeople and delivery and installation staff. Last week I purchased a window air conditioning unit which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I was called this morning asking if it could be delivered today—and Juan came at the scheduled time, replaced the old unit with the new one and took the old one away—just in time for the heat wave! Thank you!🙏🏻”

“Easy, supportive purchase of new fridge. Delivery was on time and painless. Mike and Bernard maneuvered a large fridge in a small home beautifully. Very happy. I bought the extended warrantee which I don't normally do, but my 15mth old Whirlpool fridge purchased elsewhere, died. The warranty was very reasonable and covers 5 years.”

“I just wanted to leave this amazing review thanks to the outstanding customer service we received from Eddie Carreras for a flooring project we set up with the Home Depot. His kind demeanor, extensive knowledge, and eager follow ups allowed our install to be done perfectly despite some delays from the installer. My grandmother will only deal with him for any further projects to ensure smooth and painless home renovation!! He was patient with us and lead us through the whole process seamlessly.”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing service my family received from Allisa at the Ferguson North Brunswick location. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in helping my family with our bathroom renovation and plumbing fixture selections. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism are truly unmatched. She guided us through every detail, answered every question thoroughly, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable. Alissa really took the time to understand our needs, gave us thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we felt confident in our choices. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, kind, and genuinely invested in their customers’ experience. Thanks to her, we not only ended up with fixtures we love but also with complete peace of mind knowing we made the right decisions. If you’re planning any renovation or need plumbing finishes/fixtures, schedule an appointment with / ask for Allisa at Ferguson North Brunswick—you’ll be in the best hands!”

“Not sure what's up with some of the big negative reviews on Amazon, but they did well by me. Good comms both voice and email. Thought I screwed up the order but they verified verbally, and then had the order out the next day. Everything arrived in order and the items were fresh with a four year shelf life, even though I needed them for a job now. Thank you.”

“Spent some time at Home Depot in Edison today. Joan that works by the cabinets went out of her way to help me. It wasn't even her department and she was so helpful and reminded me why I sometimes like going into a store and not buy online,. She was also very approachable. “I want to give a special shout-out to Dan at Home Depot. He is honestly one of the best employees I have ever met. He is extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile not just for me, but for everyone around him I work as a mechanic, and Dan has helped me choose the right tools for my work. He takes the time to explain which tools are good and which ones will work best for what I need. The tools he recommended have worked great for me, and I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. What stands out the most is his attitude. Dan is always respectful, patient, and genuinely wants to help people. Employees like him are what make customers want to come back to Home Depot. Dan deserves recognition, a raise, and opportunities to move forward in his career. I truly hope management sees how valuable he is and gives him the opportunities he deserves. He has the potential to go very far. Thank you, Dan, for being such a great person and an outstanding employee. Home Depot is lucky to have you! 👏”

“Plenty of employees walking around asking if you need help. Ingrid at paint was fantastic multitasking multiple customers. She was very knowledgeable about all the paint options which is a huge plus. Our favorite part about HomeDepot is that they are pet friendly! Throw a leash on your pups and you're good to go! I will be updating my review after taking a look at the workshops. I would've appreciated more knowledge around Workshop services as that would be a great way to empower those that are less handy! I was surprised how little knowledge every employee we spoke to had about the workshops that are advertised.”
