“I had problems - multiple problems - with my phone. Told by a relative too many pictures. Told by a Verizon employee my phone memory was “too small” for my needs. Went to I fix and repair after a friend recommended and WELL Ahhh! Fixed in 10 minutes in spite of my interuptions!!! AND thankfully I still had ave my pictures. Reasonably priced and GREAT service!!”

Sam is the best employee that they have they'd be a fool to let her go there has never been a time where I walked in there and if something wasn't made or if they didn't have something she would just go out of her way to find something similar that I'd like!!! Believe it or not I actually go there for the pizza and if it's not made she makes it for me and she is just a sweet as can be”

He spent a tremendous amount of time with me- listening to my needs and wants, showing me what options would work and explained everything in clearly and in way that someone with no knowledge of computers, could understand. He exuded warmth and confidence, you could tell right away. He was competent and truly cares.
