My car was originally repaired, but it turned out the insurance report failed to include an alignment issue, so I had to bring the car back. Situations like that can easily become frustrating, but the shop handled everything incredibly well.
They were patient, communicated directly with my insurance company, and made the whole process as painless as possible. During the time my car was there, they kept me updated and were always helpful.

“I was about to give up on my car, it was sluggish and lacked power entering the highway. A friend referred me to Larry at SRG and his know how and experience with diesel vehicles reflected enormously when I got my car back. No more sluggish and no more issues merging on the highway. A great shop where you get your car back and talk directly to the mechanic who fixed it.”
“Napa is a great auto part supply house. They are very easy to deal with and have most of the items I personally need or use. Price is decent sometimes slightly more but again they have hassle free returns . You definitely could have a better online purchase experience with real time updates on when store will have parts ready for pick up. Also when parts are not available prior to taking my money. I have 3 other auto parts suppliers in my area all within 5 miles but I use NAPA because I know what I purchase is definitely going to fit and failures are almost non existent unlike the competition. There is never a line to wait in due to people don't come in by the bus loads who don't know what they need or how to even explain what they need. This is more for the professional shop and mechanics . A experienced hobbyist gets exactly what they need to get the job done and the counter staff are also very experienced. Keep up the great work. Understand that all Napa stores are not the same and may be less equipped with what you need but definitely can get it within a day if not same day. Again NAPA is by far the best source out there for the hobbyist/professional

“I purchased a used car from Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick in 2021. Because I knew I would have a car note, I took out an extended warranty.
The system was updated, so when I originally called back in June, my vehicle's info wasn't showing up. My car needed servicing for a part covered under the extended warranty.
